September, 2008, Hantele held a jointed conference with  senior professors and research scholars from Research Institute of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.  Both parties discussed the cooperation possibility in the field of TD-SCDMA network planning and optimization, especially the TD-SCDMA radio planning software developed by BUPT. Hantele plans to do a pilotl in Guangzhou and Shenzhen network region on October, 2008; Hantele also plans to launch and promote the software to the market upon completion. This will be an intrepid step in the development of software tools of "Incubation" under Hantele's "SAIL" expansion program.
