September 2008, Hantele signed contract with Huizhou Mobile NMC and NOC for a data optimization project. This project focus on the MMS performance and the download speed of data service. By analyzing the performance KPI and signaling process, Hantele further improved the customer perception for Huizhou Mobile services. Hantele consultants also provided training for data service optimization to the Huizhou Mobile team for continuous improvement.
