By collecting CQT/DT data, STS data, NCS,FAS,MRR data from the network, Hantele provided a comprehensive analysis and evaluation to SZMCC radio network planning scheme. The analysis also provided the potential impacts to the network performance by optimization and/or tuning plan. The recommendation provided the operator accurate delivery of network resources. Hantele recommendations also help the operator to further improve the users' perception to meet the market needs of the SZMCC.

The content of the services are : frequency planning and optimization for the radio network; evaluation; optimization of the coverage; capacity for expansion; new radio site, rationality study of the locations and configuration for new radio sites.
